CrimTrac's National Police Checking Service provides accredited agencies and police services with national criminal history information to support their processes of assessing people's suitability for employment, Australian citizenship or appointment to positions of trust. The Service helps to reduce the risk of abuse of the young and other vulnerable members of the community.
