Systems Engineer
$88,338 - $107,485 (with up to 15% performance pay available)
Service Support Team
The CrimTrac team are looking for an Systems Engineer that is:
- Positive, motivated and shows personal drive;
- Clear, logical thinker and highly organised;
- Strong organisational abilities; and
- Strong team player with strong communication skills.
Your primary duties would include:
- Provide IT infrastructure architectural assurance and governance over work undertaken by vendors;
- Liaise closly with the Service Desk team and other technology teams to resolve all IT incidents and requests in a timely fashion;
- Support, maintain and enhance CrimTrac's production desktop environment; and
- Investigate and propose new server and desktop technologies that will assist in delivering enhanced services to CrimTrac
