As the Manager, Project Management Office (PMO), you will drive the organisation's portfolio, programme and project management environment. You will provide guidance and support to Programme and Project Board Executives as well as mentoring to Project Managers. Your primary focus will be maximising the success of the Agency’s strategic goals through the highest level of strategic and operational support. Your success in this role will rely on your extensive experience in portfolio, programme and project management, superior communication and presentation skills along with the ability to champion the evolution of the Agency's methodologies.
If you have demonstrable experience in:
-Driving excellence in portfolio, programme and project outcomes through sound methodology management
-Supporting teams using the PRINCE2 and MSP management methodologies
-Implementation and continual improvement of reporting and information management using CA Clarity
-Strategy planning, business planning and evolving the PMO to offer better portfolio, programme and project outcomes, with a focus on developing organisational efficiency and effectiveness
-Monitoring project and programme performance metrics to ensure measurable benefits are realised
-Delivering projects, with an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) focus, on time and on budget
