As Facilities Co-ordinator you will be responsible for the day to day operation and management of Agency Facilities.
The duties of the position include the following:
- Provide management support to the Facilities and Protective Security (FPS) Manager;
- Manage support and supplier contracts for systems and facilities;
- Assist the FPS Manager with budget control and resource management;
- Lead and develop those involved in providing office, facilities, property and physical security to the agency;
- Assist in the development of comprehensive written and oral briefings for senior executive management and meet relevant reporting obligations;
- Implement procedures to ensure security measures are in place for the management of the agencies personnel and protective security requirements in accordance with the Protective Security Manual;
- Provide protective and personnel security advice to FPS Manager and employees.
- Support the FPS Manager in monitoring and reporting on the ‘health check’ of the Agencies Protective Security Programme;
- Act in accordance with EEO, workplace diversity and occupational health and safety principles, and participative management and staff development practices;
- Other duties and responsibilities as determined by the Chief Executive Officer.
