The CrimTrac Agency is seeking the engagement of a Background Checking Services Supervisor for our Audit and Compliance Team.
As BCS Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising a small team of employees delivering Background Checking Service activities;
- Dealing with internal / external stakeholders and investigating complex enquiries;
- Delivering outcomes in the areas of compliance, auditing and business improvement, with a view to cross skill capabilities within client management and accreditation; and
- Delivering Background Checking Services’ products to a level that meets quality assurance standards.
To be successful in this role you will be expected to have previous experience in:
- Knowledge of, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of, Quality Assurance and Risk Management;
- Supervising or managing a small team;
- A complex administrative environment; and
- A client service environment.
Knowledge of Privacy and Spent Convictions legislation, principles and practices, will be highly regarded.
