Information for Suppliers

The agency recognises the importance of paying suppliers on time. The standard CrimTrac payment terms are 30 days from receipt of a correctly rendered invoice, or as otherwise agreed between CrimTrac and suppliers.

Please ensure that supplier invoices are issued as follows:

Send invoices by email to finance@crimtrac.gov.au or mail to:

• Accounts Payable
  CrimTrac Agency
  PO Box 1573
  CANBERRA CITY ACT 2601;

• Present invoices as Tax Invoices (where a taxable supply);
• Display the CrimTrac purchase order number;
• Display the name of the CrimTrac contact that ordered the good/service;
• Provide supplier bank account details for payment;
• Goods or services have been supplied in full as agreed; and
• Ensure the invoice correctly reflects the agreed price.
